Registration - Register online, by mail using our brochure, or by calling the Society at 360-435-4838. Early bird pricing is available through 3/15/18. After completing your online registration, please make note of your confirmation number in case you need to reference it for any additions or changes.
Youth registration - One complimentary youth registration (ages 13-17) is available with one paid full conference registration. This does not include meals or syllabus. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Society at 360-435-4838 for further information.
Meet & Greet Taco Bar - Available for full conference attendees at Gleneagle Golf Club, Wednesday, 5-7pm, registration $5, no host bar available. Ample free parking is available.
Banquet with guest speaker CeCe Moore - Available for full conference attendees at Gleneagle Golf Club, Friday, Social Hour 5-6pm, registration $40, no host bar available. Ample free parking is available.
Survey - Please fill out the Hotel/Motel information survey you will be given as you enter the event. This information is vital to our grant process.
Help desk - Located in the registration area and staffed throughout the event for your assistance.
Doors open - Doors open at 11am on Wednesday for early registration and Free Day events. Doors will open at 7:30am, Thursday – Saturday

BPAC parking lot - The parking lot gate at the event site is locked at 10pm each evening.
Cousin board - Located in the registration area. Post a surname message and connect with other attendees. Have fun with connecting with potential cousins at the conference with Relative Finder if you have a tree on the Family Search website. Information on how to log in will be at the Cousin Board.
Vendors/Scavenger hunt - Check in with our vendors and get your ‘Passport’ initialed to be eligible for a door prize.
Photo/filming policy - Photography and filming by vendors and attendees is strictly prohibited during sessions.
Dress as Your Ancestor Day - Friday, Aug. 17. Plan ahead! Rent/buy/make a costume to honor an ancestor or your heritage. Every year more attendees are taking part in this fun activity.
Photo disclaimer for attendees - There will be an authorized staff photographer at the event. Photos taken may be used for Conference/Society purposes.
Stillaguamish Valley Genealogical Library - The library is located at 6111 - 188th PL NE Arlington, Washington 98223 and will be open from 10-4 on Tuesday prior to the Conference. Come and see what our facility has to offer.
